Building your LittleLondon CountryHome

Our costing is inclusive of everything that is required to get your building standing and ready for handover.

Option 1:

You pay the full building cost for the type of red brick bungalow you desire (2,3,4 or 5 bed bungalow) and we provide you with photos and video images as your LittleLondon CountryHome progresses. We expect your building to be ready within 6 months (there may be a queue system based on first come, first served basis). However, we hope to carry out multiple constructions at the same time so that your property is delivered on time.

The cost we charge you here include:

Registered Survey
Global CofO coverage
Deed of Assignment
Building Plan registration with Ogun State
Full cost to complete your building either in 2,3,4 or 5 bedroom bungalow
Administrative charge
Standard interior finishing (carcass only with all piping/ electrical points, plumbing points, windows and doors (you can upgrade your interior finishing)

Option 2 Stage 1:

You may opt to start with your foundation and move to the next level at a later time. Generally, we permit up to 4 months interval between completion of foundation to commencing the next stage body work to roofing level. We anticipate your building foundation to be completed within 5 weeks

**If you choose this option, you will be billed for the costs of Building Plan and Building Plan Registration with Ogun State

Option 2 Stage 2: Body work - Brick work to roofing level

This will be your next stage of development. This commences up to 4 months after completion of your building foundation.
You will have been informed of the cost.
We anticipate this segment to be completed within 5 weeks

Option 2 Stage 3:

This will be the final stage with roof installation, interior finishing, electrical and all internal works including window and door fixings

The interior will have standard finishing, with the red bricks smoothed out and glossed over. This will bring out the red brick textures.

However, if you want a bit of upgrade, we have different upgrade options that can be requested on demand. Upgrading will be at an additional cost that will be determined when such work is to be carried out. Ask for details.

Or if you have a specific design for the interior, you can provide to us and we get it done at reasonable extra cost. Or you may use your own designer to do the work for you.

We will be happy to support you with fitting your imported interior finishing such as kitchen, toilets, baths etc.
